SecureW2 JoinNow is a cloud configuration service that enrolls and configures your smartphones, tablets, and laptops to the secure “sunset” or “eduroam” wireless network services for the current school year.

If you find yourself having to run the app multiple times, you may need to forget the “isunet-StartHere” which can be used to reach the utility when arriving on campus for the first time. Alternatively, you can set “isn't-StartHere” to not accidentally join the network automatically if the OS supports it. It can be useful if you need to run the app again the following school year.

SecureW2 Advantages

• No Disruption from Password Changes – Devices that run the SecureW2 utility are issued user-device specific certificates to authenticate to the wireless network for the current school year till after spring graduation.

• Additional security is provided through the use of certificates for wireless authentication.

Devices that support the SecureW2 JoinNow utility may navigate to wifisetup.ilstu.edu and their operating system will be automatically detected.
