The Help site is where you can report any technical issues, find answers to any questions you may have via the Knowledge Base, and find out more about the TSC.

TechZone & Student Technologies

TechZone and Student Technologies is another resource for technology help at Illinois State. They can answer your tech-related questions, whether you’re looking for advice or you just want to test-drive the latest technology. TechZone is located on the 1st floor of the Bone Student Center.

TechZone Service Center’s certified repair staff offer a wide range of technical support and repair services from their convenient walk-up counter including virus/malware removal, campus wireless connectivity setup, and email setup for mobile devices.

TechZone Sales Center offers students academic discounts on name-brand computers and software titles, and you will also find a great selection of headphones, computer cases, hard drives, tablets, iPods, accessories, and much more.

Residential Computer Consultants (RCCs) are ResNet staff who live in the residence halls—much like RAs—to help students with computer problems. They are capable of solving software problems, resolving Internet connectivity issues, removing viruses, diagnosing hardware issues and troubleshooting software.

For more about connecting to ResNet for the first time or requesting help from an RCC, visit the ResNet website.
