Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of applications and services that provides access to industry leading tools for graphic design, video editing, photography, and other creative work. Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps License includes desktop, web, and mobile applications.

Who can Access Adobe Creative Cloud? 

Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps Licenses are available to Illinois State University employees and students whose job responsibilities or coursework require access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Most members of the University Receive an Adobe Express License by default. Users who require Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects may request an Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps License.

Student License 

Students who require an Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps License for course work may submit an Adobe License Request through the IT Help Portal. Requests are reviewed based on academic or program requirements.

How Many Devices Can I Use with My Adobe Creative Cloud License? 

A maximum of two devices can be used on your Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps License at one time. You are able to use University or personally owned computers and mobiles devices with your License.

For computers that are owned and managed by the University, contact your local IT support organization for installation requests. 

What Applications are Available to Me? 

Applications available to you depend on your assigned Adobe License.

Users with an Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps License have access to Creative Cloud desktop applications, web applications and services, and mobile applications included with the license.

To view available applications:

1. Log in to the Adobe website.
2. Select the Apps Tab on the left-side of the page.
3. Browser or search the available applications.

What is Adobe Document Cloud? 

Adobe Document Cloud provides advanced PDF features through Adobe Acrobat Pro, including:

• Editing PDF documents
• Creating and filling forms
• Converting files
• Organizing and combining PDFs
• Electronic Signatures
• Other advanced PDF management features

Getting Started 

To login to start using Adobe Applications navigate to . Entering your ISU email will redirect you to the Central Login page,

1. Navigate to the Adobe website
2. Enter your ISU email address in the Email Address field. This will redirect you to Central Login
3. Log in to Adobe via Central Login.
