Download your Class Roster from the Faculty Center

As an instructor, you can use the Faculty Center to download the list of students, or Class Roster, in the classes you teach.

If you are off campus, Campus Solutions will require an MFA request approval. Follow this link to set up your MFA if you still need to. MFA Info/Setup

Procedure to Download Your Class Roster

  1. Select the Class Roster icon Screenshot depicting the Class Roster iconnext to the class for which you wish to download the roster.
  2. Click on the download icon Screenshot depicting the Download iconon the header bar at the top of roster. 
  3. The roster will download as an Excel file.

Note

When you download your class roster, the student photos will not be included.

Common Issues:

.XLS File Format Error


If after downloading your class roster from the Faculty Center and attempting to open the downloaded file, you receive an error stating, “The file format and extension of ‘ps.xls’ don’t match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don’t open it. Do you want to open it anyway?” (Figure 1).

If you receive this error, you may go ahead and click Yes to open the file. It is safe to do so.

Your Class Roster Displays as a Blank Excel Worksheet
