Learning Tool Integration (LTI) in Canvas

Canvas allows for a number of third-party Learning Tool Integration (LTI) tools. Currently, Canvas at Illinois State University (ISU) has a number of LTI currently available in Canvas. Please see the table below for more information:

Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud is a set of applications and services that give users access to a collection of applications for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and some optional cloud services.

Adobe Creative Cloud Express is a cloud-based media creation application that makes it easy for anyone to create impressive social media graphics, promotional videos, and single-page websites. One of its great features is that it can be accessed from any device with online access.

McGraw Hill Campus (Connect)

McGraw-Hill Campus Connect (MH Campus Connect) is an external tool that can be added to a Canvas course by the instructor.


Instructors can pair a Canvas course with a McGraw-Hill textbook so they and their students can use McGraw-Hill's instructional materials. Instructors may sync grades earned in MH Campus with the Canvas Gradebook.

Zoom Pro

Zoom is Illinois State University's video conferencing system. It allows students to remotely join a face-to-face class session or instructors to host a class session entirely online. Zoom also allows students to collaborate with each other remotely for group assignments
