The Illinois State University Microsoft (Office) 365 web portal (Office365.IllinoisState.edu) gives you direct access to the features available to you within Microsoft 365, depending on your user access.

If you previously logged into Central Login, you will automatically log into your Microsoft 365 account. If not, use the instructions below to log in.

  1. Go to Office365.IllinoisState.edu.
  2. Enter your ULID and password.
  3. Click Sign in.

You will now be logged in to your ISU Microsoft 365 account.

Note:

If you are logging in from home, or not connected to ISUNet, you will need to authenticate and verify your log in using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

What happens if I already have a Microsoft account?

Microsoft offers consumer versions of Office Online and OneDrive, as well as business versions. If you already have an account for the consumer version of Office Online or OneDrive registered to your Illinois State email address, you can still use that account as you normally would.
Note: If you are having trouble accessing Office 365 with your ISU account, make sure you are not logged in with another Microsoft account at the same time. You can try an new browser or private/incognito window as well.
