Editing Zoom Transcripts

Before you begin
Be sure you have your Zoom Recording saved to the cloud. You can find out more information about recording to the cloud at Recording a Zoom Meeting to the Cloud
Viewing and Editing the transcript.
Edit the Transcripts in the web portal
Navigate to your recording from the email link or by going to the My Recordings page in the Zoom web portal.
Select the name of the recorded meeting you wish to view or edit.
Select the Audio only m4a file (the transcript displays on the right-hand side of the file).
Navigate to the Audio Transcript panel on the right
Select the pencil icon next to the phrase you want to edit.
Make any changes to the text that you need to, then click save.
The updated version of the text is displayed when you play the audio or video file.
Edit the Transcripts by Downloading them
Download the .vtt file
Open the .vtt file with a text editor like Microsoft Word.
Save the edited file in the same folder with your audio and video files.
