OptiSigns

OptiSigns is the digital signage platform used at Illinois State University to create, schedule, and manage content displayed on digital signs across campus. OptiSigns users can upload images, videos, presentations, dashboards, web pages, announcements, and many more forms of media to communicate information with Students, Faculty, Staff, and Visitors.

OptiSigns provides a centralized, web-based interface that allows authorized users to manage digital signage remotely from any supported web browser.

Request Access:


Access to OptiSigns must be requested prior to use. Departments interested in using digital signage should submit a request through the Technology Support Center. Requests should include the department, location of the display, and the individual ULID(s) of those who will manage content.

To Request Access:

  • Login to the Help Portal.
  • Click General Request.
  • Complete and submit the request form.
