Unsubscribe from Mainstay (formerly AdmitHub) Chatbot Messages

There may be a situation where you no longer wish to receive text messages or correspondence from the AdmitHub chatbot (Reggiebot).
To opt-out of any further messages, respond to ReggieBot with a text containing any of the following:
- #stop
- STOP
- #pause
To begin receiving messages/chats once again from ReggieBot, simply send a message to ReggieBot.
