Mainstay (formerly AdmitHub)

Mainstay is our AI-powered chatbot that is used for direct communication to Illinois State University students. The chat bot (aka ReggieBot) is the communication point for new students to receive assistance with every day questions about their education at Illinois State University. Mainstay is also used to notify students of new campus events, important educational tips, advising tips, and more. 

While ReggieBot will attempt to answer most pertinent questions with accuracy, if your question is unable to be answered by the bot, it will be forwarded to the Technology Support Center who will then further look into your question.

Note

All communications between you and the chatbot are accessible by the Technology Support Center staff.
