Students

Students may request to change their gender as listed in their personal information by visiting the Office of the Registrar in person in Moulton Hall 107. You will be asked to fill out a request form.

Faculty/Staff

Faculty and staff may request to change their gender as listed in their personal information by visiting Human Resources in person at the Nelson Smith Building 101.
