Last modified 11/18/2024

Your VoIP phone includes a personal address book.

To manage your VoIP phone’s personal address book, you must log in to the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal. You can also search your personal address book through that website.

After you have added entries to your personal address book through the website, you can search and dial numbers from your personal address book directly on your VoIP phone.

  1. Log in to https://voip.ilstu.edu/ucmuser/ via Central Login.
    • For more information about Central Login at ISU, please refer to: Central Login
    • If you receive a message about an Untrusted Certificate, click to proceed to the site anyway.
    • If you are off campus, you are required to first connect through VPN before you can access the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal through the above link. For more information on VPN review the following article: Overview of VPN.
  2. Under the Phones tab, click My Phones and select your phone from the options on the right.
