Cable and Internet Service for Fell and School Street apartments

Internet and cable services for the Fell and School Street Apartments are provided through an agreement with Comcast. These internet accounts are registered directly to ISU housing Services. Students will not have the individual account access required to receive direct assistance from Comcast.

Fell and School Street apartments' internet are not serviced by the Technology Support Center (TSC).

How to get support


If you experience issues with your service, do not contact Comcast directly. Instead, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Housing Services
  2. Housing services will contact Comcast on your behalf to resolve the technical problem or account inquiry.
