The Student Life tab in the My.IllinoisState.edu web portal contains resources relevant to student life at Illinois State University. This tab will be visible only to current students at Illinois State University.

Student Life

This section will have convenient links to student resources regarding housing, wellness and health. The tabs are as follows:

• Submit Housing/Dining Contract: This button leads you to the housing and dining portal where you can submit your housing and dining contract. This is a requirement for students who must live on campus.
• Menus & Nutrition: This button leads you to dietary options that are available for students who choose to dine in our dining areas. This includes options for vegetarian diets, diets for gluten sensitivities, and more.
• Dining Center Hours: This button leads you to our dining center page where you can find the hours for the dining center.
• Make Appointment at Student Health Services: This button leads you to a page where you can schedule an appointment at the Student Health Services medical clinic.

Join new organizations, track current memberships, and find new ways to get involved on campus.

This section shows you what current events are happening on campus.

Housing & Dining 

Housing & Dining will feature links that students may use to manage your housing and dining options, check the status of laundry units in your residence hall, access information regarding the wired ResNet network, or to submit a Housing Work Order.

Get Involved 

Get Involved will feature links to resources that students may use to search for information regarding student organizations, volunteer opportunities available, upcoming events on or around campus, and to purchase a Red Alert Pass for athletic events.

Support & Wellness

Support & Wellness will feature links to resources that students may use to contact the Dean on Duty, make an appointment at Student Health Services, schedule counseling appointments, obtain legal advice, link to the Student Fitness Center, search campus recreation programs, and seek information regarding Health Promotion and Wellness programs and resources.
