The Pay & Benefits tab in the My Illinois State web portal contains links to resources for faculty and staff (including part-time and student employees) at Illinois State University. Some of the links will be visible to all faculty and staff members, which some will be visible only based upon your current role(s) at the University.

Pay and Benefits

This section shows tabs that will direct you to the iPeople portal. The buttons are as follows:

• iPeople: This button leads you directly to the iPeople portal.
• Submit Time - iPeople: This button leads you directly to the time sheet submission page.
• My Paychecks: This button leads you directly to the Paycheck section of iPeople where you can view your paycheck in PDF form.
• Vacation/Sick Time: This button leads you to your vacation and sick time page.

My Leave Balances

This section shows you how many sick days, vacation days, and compensatory time you have accumulated. Note that leave balances are current as of the date shown in the leave balances section.

Redbird Card

This section shows you your Redbird card balance. From here, you can view your recent transactions, add money to your card, report your card lost or stolen, and view more information about the Redbird Card Office.

Timesheet & Pay

Timesheet & Pay will feature links to University resources associated with time reporting, paycheck history, payroll, and more. Employees may access the iPeople application from here.

Benefits

Benefits will feature links related to employee benefit information, such as group insurance information, time-off balances, and retirement savings.

My Finances

My Finances will feature links to University resources related to your personal University financial information. You may manage your Redbird Card balance here, log into the Student Accounts portal (provided you are a student), and manage your ISU Credit Union account (for those who maintain an account with the credit union).
