Student Affairs [SAIT] - How to Map a Printer

If there is a printer in your office that you want to use that you don't see in the drop down list of printers, its possible your computer is not mapped to that printer.

Mapping Printers

On your desktop you should see an icon that looks like a blue circle with a question mark in it, named "SAIT Support"
If you do not see this icon you may need to restart your computer first.

When you click on this icon you will be taken to a list of buttons. Find the one labeled "Add a Printer" and click it.

When you click it you will be brought to a folder of all printers in VPSA. *Printers are in alphabetical order

Select the printer you want to be connected to and double click it.

Error

If you see this error message, contact your supervisor and they will coordinate with SAIT Helpdesk to grant you access to that device
