Restore Deleted Voicemail from Voicemail Menu

This article will go over restoring deleted voicemail messages from your voicemail menu.
- Cisco IP Phone or Cicso Jabber
From a Campus Phone or the Cisco Jabber Client follow the instructions below to restore your voicemail message.
- Dial 8-3000 from your Campus Phone or computer running Cisco Jabber
- Once prompted, enter pin followed by pound #
- Press 3 to review old messages
- Press 2 to review deleted messages
- Press 1 to review
- Press 2 to restore
- You should hear that the message has been saved
Your message has now been restored.
- Other Phone
If you are using a personal phone, or another non-campus phone follow the instructions below to restore your voicemail message
- Dial 309-438-3000
- After connecting, press the * star or asterisk
- Enter your ID, this is the last 5 digits of your phone number (ex: 8-1234), followed by pound #
- Enter your pin, followed by pound #
- Press 3 to review old messages
- Press 2 to review deleted messages
- Press 1 to review
- Press 2 to restore
- You should hear that the message has been saved
Your message has now been restored.
Please Note
There is a 90-day limit to restore a message before the message is deleted forever. If it has been more than 90 days since the message was deleted, it will not be able to be restored.
