How to Log Into/Out of a Hunt Group

  1. On 7900 series phones, select the far right bottom soft-key with "More" above it.
  2. Keep pressing it until you see the "HLog" option.
  3. Press the correct soft-key button under "HLog" to start the log in process.
  4. The display will flash "You have successfully logged into the hunt group". (To log out, press it again and you will see "You have successfully logged out of the hunt group".)
     
    If you have logged into a Hunt Group and are not receiving Hunt Group calls, you may need to be added to the Hunt Group list in the phone system. To be added to a Hunt Group list, a ticket will need to be submitted to the Technology Support Center including your phone extension and the phone number of the Hunt Group itself.
