Issue

When trying to log into the Outlook Web App via Safari on a Mac computer, you get a notification/continuous popup indicating there is an active download called TokenFactoryiFrame.

Environment

This behavior applies to Mac users accessing Office 365 email via the Safari browser.

Workaround

Access Office 365 email via the Firefox browser.

Cause

Microsoft has confirmed this is a bug.
