Enable Camera, Microphone, and Speaker Access in Microsoft Teams

To allow Microsoft Teams to access your audio (speakers, headphones, or microphone) or camera, first:
- Desktop

- iPad
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Select Apps from the left hand menu
- Scroll down to Teams and select it
- Make sure the Microphone setting is toggled on
- Teams will now use the the internal Microphone on your iPad or the Microphone of your connected bluetooth device (ex: airpods)
- iPhone
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Apps
- Scroll down to Teams and select Teams
- Make sure the Microphone setting is toggled on
- Teams will now use the the internal Microphone on your iPad or the Microphone of your connected bluetooth device (ex: airpods)
- Android
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Select Apps
- Select See all apps if necessary
- Select Teams
- Select Permissions
- Select Microphone
- Choose to:
- Allow only while using app
- Ask every time
- Don't allow
- Repeat steps for Camera if necessary, choosing Camera on step 5 instead of Microphone.
