Sending Emails to a Microsoft 365 Group

As a member of a Microsoft 365 group, you have the ability to email the group using your Outlook account.
Sending an email
- Open your Outlook account using either your Outlook desktop application or Outlook on the Illinois State Microsoft Portal.
- Toward the bottom of the menu on the left, expand Groups.
- Select the group for which you would like to send an email.
- Click the New Email button.
- A new email message will display. Compose your email, then click the Send button.
