Sending Emails to a Microsoft 365 Group

As a member of a Microsoft 365 group, you have the ability to email the group using your Outlook account.

Sending an email 

  1. Open your Outlook account using either your Outlook desktop application or via a web browser at 365.IllinoisState.edu.
  2. Toward the bottom of the menu on the left, expand Groups
  3. Select the group for which you would like to send an email.
  4. Click the New Email button. 
  5. A new email message will display. Compose your email, then click the Send button.
