User cannot log in to Jabber after password expiration

Issue

After a user has changed their password due to password expiration, they are unable to log in to Jabber
 

What caused this? 

The jabber server does not pull credential changes until the nightly job runs at 2am each morning.  If a user changes a password after expiration, they will remain disabled in jabber until this job is run.

Can I access Jabber sooner? 

If a user wants to access Jabber the same day, the ticket can be forwarded to Unified Communications, and they can run the job manually.
