Instructor Change for Course in Canvas

If there is a need for a change of instructor in an existing course in Canvas:
- The new instructor must be added as the instructor of record in Campus Solutions by the Office of the Registrar
- If the new instructor is unable to view/access the course, they will need to verify with Registrar that they are the instructor of Record for the course
- Once the new instructor is updated as the instructor of record, they will be able to access the course
- The old instructor will still listed as a Teacher in the course. It has been determined that removing the old instructor can lead to some technical issues with the course, and that the best practice is to leave them on the roster.
