Editing Imported Records with Watermark Faculty Success

Watermark Faculty Success is a tool used as a teaching, research, and service report generator. This tool also feeds faculty information to department websites and About.IllinoisState.edu sites.

This tutorial discusses how you can edit records you have imported into Watermark Faculty Success.


Edit Imported Records


You may edit records you have imported to Watermark Faculty Success. In order to do so, do the following:

  1. You may go back to edit what you have imported by clicking on the title of the record. If you make any changes to your imports make sure to click Save at the top of your screen.
  2. You may also duplicate or delete items by selecting the box to the right of a record and clicking either Duplicate, or on the trash can icon, respectively (Figure 1).
