Using Kuali Build on a computer is recommended, but Kuali Build is formatted for use on mobile devices if necessary.

Current Faculty and Staff have access to Kuali Build. 

How to Access Kuali Build on a Mobile Device 

To access Kuali Build on your Mobile device: 

1.  Open a web browser. 
2. Go to IllinoisState.KualiBuild.com.
3. Login using your ULID and Password. 

  The Kuali mobile Dashboard will look similar to the Dashboard on a computer. The Action List and My Documents links will be at the top of the page (Figure 1).

When you are in a form, you will notice a View toggle in the upper right-hand corner (Figure 2). This toggle will be on Review when you open the form.  

• Review: This view allows you to review, edit, approve, deny, or send back the form.  

• Status: This view shows you what steps the form has already gone through, what steps need completed, everyone’s comments, and who has approved, denied, and/or sent back the form so far.

If you need to approve, deny or send back a form on a mobile device. You will scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Action buttons:  Approve, Save, Send Back, and Deny.  

Select the appropriate action, then fill out the pop-up comments box before choosing Approve, Send Back, or Deny. At any time, if you are not ready you can select Cancel in the comments box to go back.
