Unable to Sign-Up for Advisor Appointments

Problem
You are unable to sign up for any appointments on your advisor’s profile. The following message appears on your advisor’s profile:
“Oops! The advisor you have requested does not have any appointments in the system at this time. It is possible that your advisor is accepting drop-in appointments this week, so please be sure to check with the department for those times.”
Solution
This message is not due to a technical error.
If you receive this message, your advisor has no available appointment times. Your advisor must add more appointments before you can sign-up.
You can contact your advisor to request the addition of more appointments.
