Bambu Studio is a free, open-source 3D slicing software that acts as a bridge between your 3D models (like STL, STEP, or 3MF files) and your 3D printer. 

This software is required for running the Bambu 3D Printers that will be purchased for the College of Engineering GE Road facility.

Bambu Studio is specialty software available for the Faculty, Staff, and Students in the College of Engineering. Usage of this software by other academic departments may be requested through the Academic Software Request form, located at the link below:

Faculty, Staff, and Students in the College of Engineering may access Bambu Studio via the downloaded software on the Faculty/Staff Computers, ISU Computer Lab Computers, and Student Computers.

• This tool requires a pro-active accommodation plan which may include alternate software or assignment, if needed.
• This tool may need additional resources.
• Please consult with SAAS for students/ADA Coordinator for employees.
