DescriptionVisual Molecular Dynamics (VMD) is a very popular software in the computational biophysics community since it provides a lot of tools for analysis of biomolecular simulations. It is a molecular visualization program for displaying, animating, and analyzing large biomolecular systems using 3-D graphics and built-in scripting.
