| Description | SnapType is designed to help students who struggle with handwriting, fine motor skills, or have difficulties with literacy, penmanship, attention, or vision, to complete schoolwork. This is assistive technology app designed for students, primarily on iPads or Chromebooks, that allows them to complete school worksheets by taking a picture of the worksheet and then typing or dictating their answers directly onto it, rather than handwriting. |
| How to Request | SnapType is specialty software available for COE staff and students in the SEAT Center and on AT carts. Usage of this software by other academic departments may be requested through the Academic Software Request form, located at the link below: |
| How to Access | Students will access the software via the installed software on COE devices within the SEAT Center or on AT carts. |
