DescriptionDeepFreeze is a system-restore and workstation-protection tool by Faronics. When enabled, it “freezes” a computer’s configuration so that every reboot restores the machine to a predefined clean state. It’s heavily used in labs, libraries, schools, and enterprise environments where you need locked-down, consistent machines.

DeepFreeze is specialty software available to the College of Engineering.

How to Access

DeepFreeze will be available on specific Faculty and Staff machines within the College of Engineering. It will also be available on certain College of Engineering Lab Machines.
