ServiceNow

ServiceNow is the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool in use at Illinois State University. It is used by ISU IT staff to manage and work IT-related requests, incidents, changes, and more. ServiceNow also provides a portal through which ISU students, faculty, and staff are able to request IT services and report IT-related issues.
