When a group is requested, a team folder is created and the following template is applied with directories being created in the team folder as guides for the team owner/members.

Folders

app - Application related groups
email - Distribution lists, shared mailboxes, rooms, and equipment in Exchange Online
file - Access to file server shares and ACLs on network folders
m365 - Microsoft 365 groups
print - Access to printers and print queues
ref - Creating population sets in Grouper to then be used in other groups for membership.
