Best Practices

  2. Users document procedures including, but not limited to:
    1. Who monitors pager calls, what happens if they are out sick, on vacation, or takes a break/lunch
    2. What happens when an advisor uses the pager
    3. What schedule will be followed for batteries to be proactively replaced in the pager buttons and the remote to clear calls

    2. FUN and ENT are used to enter/exit the settings menu
    3. FUN: Used to enter the settings menu. When in the menu, pressing the FUN button again will leave without saving changes
    4. ENT: Think of the Enter key on a keyboard. It confirms your selection and advances through the menu. This will save your changes
    5. BIT and ADJ are used for navigation
    6. BIT: When in the settings menu, this adjusts the location of your Cursor
    7. ADJ: When in the settings menu, this adjusts the value of what is selected by the Cursor

Known Issues

  1. The Display Receiver and Call Buttons are frequently unavailable to purchase
  2. There are no warranties or agreements in place with the vendor
  3. The Display Receivers and Call Buttons have no central management and must be configured/maintained one by one at the physical device
