CAS-IT staff are tasked to deliver IT services to CAS faculty and Staff. We strive to meet college, department, faculty, and staff needs while balancing technical sustainability and secure best-practices.

Online or Hybrid Course Equipment Needs

CAS-IT is no longer keeping equipment like webcams and headsets in stock as such items are readily available through approved ISU vendors. Feel free to reach out to Mike Regilio if you have any thoughts or questions.

Tech Squad Consultants

The CAS Tech Squad program has officially ended with the Spring 2021 semester; however, some functions of the former Tech Squad will continue with normal CAS-IT operations. We will no longer offer chat monitoring or test proctoring, but we will continue to offer creative students to proactively brainstorm and test unique solutions for your teaching aspirations. Let us know how you'd like help by submitting a request at the Get IT Help page. Please give at least two weeks of lead time. More time may be required if the challenge is complicated.
