Publishing your ReggieNet Course
Last modified 5/18/2022
As an instructor, you must publish your courses in ReggieNet before they will be available to your students.
Before You Begin
As an instructor, you can use ReggieNet to facilitate online teaching and learning. Your courses are automatically added to ReggieNet each semester, but they are not immediately visible to your students.
Students can log in to ReggieNet, even if no courses are available to them. Before your students can see your course in ReggieNet, you must publish the course. After doing so, all students registered for your class will be able to access it in ReggieNet.
Publish a Course in ReggieNet
To publish a course in ReggieNet, do the following:
- Log in to ReggieNet.IllinoisState.edu.
- Click the link for the course you want to publish in the Site Navigation at the top of the page (you may need to click on More Sites to find it).
- If the site is not published, you will see “Unpublished Site” in a banner at the top of the page.
- Click the Publish Now button at the top of the page.
Your course has now been published and is now visible to students who are enrolled in it. You can un-publish the site by clicking on Site Info tab in the left navigation bar and going to Manage Access.
