Schedule an Appointment for COVID-19 Vaccine

If you are wanting to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine follow these steps
OFF-CAMPUS
1. Click on the following link https://coronavirus.illinoisstate.edu/
2. Scroll down and click on "Find Vaccination Locations"
3. Click "View Vaccination Clinics Near Campus"
- You will be presented with a list of locations where you can get your vaccine shot.
4. Select your preferred location
5. Click on "Book appointment"
Different Website
Depending on which location you have selected you will be directed to that selected location's website.
Follow the steps you see on the website and you should be able to schedule your appointment.
ON-CAMPUS (While supplies last)
1. Call the Health Services line at 309-438-2778 and schedule your appointment.
