Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

CAS-IT does not have a help desk, generic email, single office, or generic phone number. Please DO NOT send customers to STV 107 or DO NOT ask them to call 8-8248. 
 
We heavily promote that customers use Help.IllinoisState.edu or call 438-HELP.
 
CAS-IT is happy to receive Cherwell tasks, please do not assign to an individual and preface the title with the department of the customer.
 
CAS-IT only supports ISU owned equipment and not personally owned devices.  
 
CAS-IT only supports Outlook clients to access ISU email on any device.
